Aromatouch Technique: The Ultimate Guide to Essential Oil Therapy

The Aromatouch Technique is a specialized essential oil intensive service that provides the benefit of carefully planned essential oils gently spread along the spine and then methodically rubbed into the back, head, and feet to cause deep relaxation and relief. This technique uses Doterra Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade oils. Applying specific essential oils outlined in the Aromatouch Technique aids the body to return to a homeostasis state of being. The benefits one receives from the session directly impact a restful level of being and reduced stress management. The Aromatouch Technique assists overall well-being by reducing physical and emotional stress, supporting the autoimmune systems, reducing inflammation, and maintaining homeostasis.

The Aromatouch Technique uses eight essential oils sorted into four categories. The categories include relaxation, support, soothing properties, and invigoration. They are addressing these four systemic constants of daily life that may serve as limiting factors for wellness: Stress, Toxic Insult, Inflammation, and autonomic Imbalance.

Stress Management

Doterra Balance (Grounding Blend) combines Spruce, Ho Wood, Frankincense, Blue Tansy, and Blue Chamomile, offering a base layer of comfort and a sense of grounding.

Lavender enhances one’s ability to ease into total relaxation.

Immune Support

Tea Tree (Melaleuca) is known for its purifying properties, providing comfort, and warming.

Doterra On Guard (Protective Blend) combines Wild Orange, Clove, Cinnamon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary. This combination supports energy and protective properties.

Healthy Inflammatory Support

Doterra Aromatouch (Massage Blend) combines Cypress, Peppermint, Marjoram, Basil, Grapefruit, and Lavender essential oils, easing tension and increasing circulation.

Doterra Deep Blue (Soothing Blend) combines Wintergreen, Camphor, Peppermint, Ylang Ylang, Helichrysum, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile, and Osmanthus that soothe and cool the body offering a tingling and warming effect.

Wild Orange is used for its ability to create an uplifting atmosphere that awakens the body without interfering with the calming effects of the other oils offered.

Peppermint has invigorating and cooling benefits, bringing about the conclusion.

The direct impact of receiving an Aromatouch Technique encompasses restfulness, reduced stress, reduced toxins in the body, and overall self-care. No matter your current position, the power of touch, essential oils, and aromatherapy will nourish your soul from a holistic approach.
