Why Life Coaching
It's important to note that coaching is not therapy. Coaching focuses on assistance with identifying life goals, guidance with creating steps to reach the goals and having accountability with follow-up sessions aimed at accomplishing steps to reach the goals. The focus of coaching is on behaviors and goal-oriented mindset. I do not diagnose or treat any mental health symptoms, concerns, or
disorders.
My Approach
Working together on the areas deemed important, clarifying your goals and aspirations, we will begin to distinguish the goals needed to create your desired
plan.
Then the real work starts! The plan is yours, and as the Life Coach, I plan to help you find balance in your busy lives. Dealing with stress, developing positive habits,
relationships, and spirituality.
I will be your support system and help with accountability by listening and providing honest feedback. Life Coaching sessions vary depending on the client's need. As time progresses, we will discuss what will be necessary to continue working on the goals of having a plan set up at the end of our work.
