Reiki Therapy

Reiki is an ancient form of Energy Healing for stress reduction, relaxation, and promoting physical healing. Reiki safely and naturally addresses the whole person (body, mind, emotions) and is administered by gently laying the hands on the body in various positions.

Why Reiki

Balancing the Energy Body is crucial in today’s stressed-out environment. Reiki works alongside other therapeutic techniques, essential oils, aromatherapy, and balancing one's chakras.

My Approach

As a Reiki Practitioner, I focus on energy healing passed down to me through Holy Fire training which is an ancient form of Japanese healing through alternative medicine. Through gentle hands-on or hands-off techniques, the healing energy passes on to the client, promoting relaxation and reducing stress and anxiety. Which in turn encourages emotional and or physical healing.
